Gary could not be more helpful, I'd rang earlier to advise I was coming but ended up being quite late.....got there and he's super friendly, took car out for test drive he looked at mine for trade in, shook hands and put £5K on the table and deal was done. He even helped me put my private plate on retention and I drove my new beemer home......absolute pleasure!
