Customer reviews of G.R.A Cars

We live in the Scottish Borders but had seen a car we were interested in at GRA and decided it was worth the trip. Gary was very helpful from my first phone call and when I arrived the next day the car was in great condition. We’ve had it for two weeks now and there have been no surprises. I was also reassured that Gary said if any issues came up we could take it to a local garage and he would deal with them directly, which built a lot of trust. I’d definitely use GRA again.

We bought a small run around car from Gary. Great customer service and decent car for its age. Would recommend to anyone looking for a used car.

Gary is very welcoming and certainly explains everything well. I have bought 2 cars from him and wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Highly Recommended! I will be back to GRA Cars when I am ready for another car. Great customer service! Gary couldn’t have been any more helpful and I have bought an excellent car with a superb service history. I am confident that if I have any problems (which I don’t expect to) that he will be there to help me. Gary has been in this business for many years and it shows. His reputation is outstanding. Check out his website for a guaranteed good buy. Thanks, Paula

Gary could not be more helpful, I'd rang earlier to advise I was coming but ended up being quite late.....got there and he's super friendly, took car out for test drive he looked at mine for trade in, shook hands and put £5K on the table and deal was done. He even helped me put my private plate on retention and I drove my new beemer home......absolute pleasure! Made the whole transaction easy and painless so I've asked him to procure me a further BMW convertible in the coming weeks.... Top garage, top bloke.....cheers!

Gary was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. There was no pressure for the sale, gave a fair price for my part ex and was just lovely throughout. The car is exactly as advertised and not had a bit of bother from it. I would happily do business here again.
