Bought a Vauxhall Astra in August 2023. It's two years later and I'm still very happy with the purchase. The car was in very good condition and I've had to make small repairs in two years. The sale went smoothly and I recommend this garage.

We bought our Daughters first car from Gary in November last year it was a Renault clio, we found the customer service was fantastic from the first inquiry to when we purchased the clio and after nothing is to much trouble for Gary he made the whole experience go smoothly honestly we can not recommend Gary any higher we will be definitely returning customers in the future honestly 5 stars is not enough

I bought my mini from GRA Cars at the end of August and initially everything was brilliant as Gary made the buying process smooth and enjoyable including the long drive back to Bristol. However, after just 5 weeks of owning the car, I've encountered some disappointing issues including a run-flat tyre, a new battery, a brake vacuum pressure sensor, and a zero gear pressure sensor. These problems have been quite frustrating and have somewhat dampened the initial excitement of owning the car. Additionally, because my garage couldn't get hold of Gary before some of the work was undertaken, I had to pay for it myself. So a lesson to all future buyers: make sure you speak to Gary before any work is undertaken to avoid unexpected costs and I hope these are just initial hiccups and not indicative of ongoing issues with the car.

Hi Andrea. Thank you for your comments regarding the Mini. At the time of collection the car had no issues, it was given a new MOT and fully checked over. Unfortunately i cannot be held responsible for a run flat tyre after 5 weeks (may be a puncture), The battery was functioning but as you said the stop/start was not working, however i organised to have a new battery available for you to collect from Euro car parts of Bristol near to you (which I paid for).The local garage to you fitted the battery at your request and only after that the other 2 issues occurred. I was not made aware of these issues and they were rectified without my knowledge or authorisation, so i don,t see how you would think it is my responsibility to pay the £267.94. I did everything i could to to help you and i find the 2 star review extremely harsh. Thanks Gary.

Excellent experience in purchasing a sought after vehicle. Purchased over the internet and ive ended up with great car. Sometimes things go wrong its life but rest assured in the unlikely event anything does go wrong Gary will rectify it in a stress free way. 10 out of 10 , purchase with confidence at GRA as i will be doing in future (when i decide a change of vehicle) and if the car i want is in stock. I was looking for a car for grandson for his Christmas present and after examining all the various models and then the insurance quotes for a L driver I settled on the Citroen C1. Again I started another search for a vehicle not only in my price range but also I wanted to see a dealer’s reputation. I was more than horrified to learn that many of them offering this model for sale had rather dubious references. Eventually I found GRA cars. The Owner, Gary, had the model I was after at the price I was prepared to pay. As a retired Army Vehicle engineer I knew exactly what I wanted and also the faults to which this particular model was prone. The car was exactly as the adverts publicised and to add to the pleasant experience the engine compartment had been spotlessly cleaned. In addition, Gary was keen for me to test drive the vehicle. (Some sellers were not so keen!) A purchase was made. We have had the Citroen C1 for over a month now and absolutely no problems at all. When I am seeking a car for another grandson, Garys Dealership will be the first I will visit.

bought an o7 mini cooper from here 2 yrs ago still running amazingly no faults it drives like new still looking new also failed only one mot in all its life (light adjustment) il buy from here again when i need too, highly recommended
